Ritchie the Cosmonaut

But before Roslynne turned that wiggling brass doorknob at No.5 Hedgerow Lane, Ritchie would watch her hurriedly down a cup of instant cocoa for breakfast after pooling the hot liquid in her cheeks, two spoonfuls of the brown ash scooped from a pretty gold tin and hurriedly stirred in a steaming cup. She’d lecture animatedly between gulps about the importance of a good education, good character, and treating his little sister Fletcher with a manly respect, which was now rare on this blessed earth.
